Visceral Games has this week announced the minimum and recommend specifications a gaming rig has to be, to be able to play their new Battlefield Hardline PC game that today launches into beta.
Digital Foundry has already been able to get there hands on the beta and published a video over on YouTube showing the Battlefield Hardline running at 60fps with v-sync engaged, using a top-end GTX 980 graphics card, check it out below.
During the Battlefield Hardline open beta that is available to play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 consoles ahead of the games officially launch later this year on March 17th. EA states that minimum requirements of 4 GB of RAM is adequate for the full game but warns that 4 GB of RAM or less may cause issues for those of you looking to enter into the beta development stage to test out gameplay that starts today.
The plot of the game that players will be able to enjoy revolves around Nick Mendoza, a S.W.A.T. officer who is involved in criminal activity. The Rescue Multiplayer Mode shows how the S.W.A.T. team must try to save hostages from the criminals within Battlefield Hardline.
